Return Process

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
